Mathews installed our pool while we stilled lived in another state. Communication was wonderful and is was amazing how well the project moved forward with only phone communication. Excellent job!\r The best part was after the job was completed the landscaper we hired ripped up all the electrical lines for the pool. Mathews Pool came out in mid summer right away and helped us contract the electrician who did the initial job. Mathews also warrantied all the repair parts needed for the pool. We were very pleasantly surprised considering it was damage done by another contractor. more

WARNING: Received an ""F"" from the BBB. Avoid using this vendor unless it's an absolute emergency. Not only is this the most expensive pool place in the tri-state area, but they have no customer service to back up their pricing. Once they finally arrived at our home for basic maintenance, they kept adding to their promised qoute. Mathews Pool is like the $19.95 oil change place that will keep finding problems and adding to your bill until you say ""enough"". They do not show up for appointments. They do not return calls as promised, and they certainly will never get any more business from us. I wish I had researched Matthews Pool before we called them. If I had, I would have found out that they received a grade of ""F"" from the Better Business Burueau. more
