Great Service 9/14/2005

I take all of my dry cleaning to Matawan Cleaners. They always have coupons in the Val Packs that come in the mail. The service is great and they do a really great job cleaning. The stay open late but are closed on Sunday’s. The turn around time for getting your clothes back is typically 3 days, but if you need it sooner, just ask! more

Awesome Job! Fast Return! 8/11/2005

I have been to numerous cleaners in the area and this is by far the best one. They are always friendly when you arrive and they are always accommodating to your needs. They have coupons floating around all the time so you can always get a good deal. The location is central and there is always parking available. They are also super honest and returned money that was left in my pockets. more

Terrible cleaners, poor customer service 8/3/2005

I had a horrible experience at this Dry Cleaners. After being a faithful customer for over a year, one of my husband's shirts came back torn up by the machine. When I went to speak with the owner's wife, she insisted my husband 'wore' out the shirt. Which wasn't true, as I tried to explain to her, I knew the shirt pressing machine cut the shirt. I worked in a dry cleaners throughout high school and college. I knew exactly what happened. She then pretended not to speak english. Horrible service and horrible people. more
