Last time I was there for some help I didn't get a survey! But I would like to because the service/help was AWESOME! I would like to commend Rod and you for your ongoing help and service for my Escalade. My family was friends with Dennis Plummer and we were sad when he went out of business BUT you have been EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you!!! 5 stars is not enough! How anyone could rate Mataga less than maximum I'll never know. Our experience with this dealership has been enough to make us rethink our opinion of "car sales" and "car service". Congenial, knowledgeable, EXTREMELY helpful, willing to go way beyond "the extra mile" - all descriptions that suit this dealership to a "T". Our first visit here was like finding another family. Great coffee too.They have secured their spot in our lives as "our dealer" for service and sales. Thanks Mataga - for the great car we drive now and the incredible service you've provided all along. more

I have a certificate for one year of free Oil changes from Mataga. We purchased a 2001 Grand Prix and have had it service there ever since. Even with heavy turn over, the service dept. continues to give excellent service. My last visit included a surprise car wash. Hows that for service? Good job all around. more
