My Process-
If your appliance needs a repair, or general maintenance I will set up a time to diagnose the problem that fits around your schedule. Some people cant get the time off of work or cant afford to lose a days pay. I can make an evening or weekend appointment if the need arises. The diagnostic fee is $65. Thats it, and its just to cover travel, and other expenses.
I will spend as much time needed to properly diagnose the issue with your appliance during the appointment. I will then give you a complete no hidden cost or fee estimate. Your service will be easily explained, and what parts (if needed) will cost and how much the charge for labor will be, in the clearest possible way. I am up front about what your hard earned money is going toward.
