I have happily found an automobile repair facility that cares about the customer and his vehicle. It is a pleasure to take my vehicle in for any repair or maintenance.

Excellent Service 6/3/2013

I had an 'urgent' situation with my car, and was referred to Masterwerks. My problem was taken care of immediately. The mechanic was polite, professional, explained in detail what the problem was AND, as a courtesy, dropped me off at my workplace. I was very pleased with their customer care and service! more

Good work 4/29/2013

Most places that do tire repair would rather sell you a new set or they do not want to repair a tire that they did not sell. I spent two weeks checking around for a year old Mini Cooper tire (12,000 miles) with a slow leak. Most places couldn't even order my tires and just sent me on my way. In less time than it would take to make an appointment Masterwerks made the repair and had me on my way without a high pressure sales pitch for new tires. When I asked about tires they recommended a tire that I had not heard of. After doing further checking on the internet I am convinced that the recommendation was an excellent one, for me. I appreciate that they went out of their way to explain everything they did eventhough it was clear that they had other customers with more expensive repairs. I won't hesitate to go back for something major and when these tires wear out, they will get my business. more
