Clean-up and repair from Master Care 6/23/2012

These guys did an outstanding job. They came in with a fair and reasonable bid, took us through the insurance process making sure we understood what was happening at all times. Then, they went to work. The work was done efficiently and they went above and beyond to make sure and accommodate our schedules and needs. There were several instances in which they took extra steps that were outside the scope of the work at no charge because they felt that those things needed to be done in order to put us and our house back in full working order. Can't say enough good things. Just an outstanding company and a great group of folks. more

Master Care is timely, very professional, and by far the best carpet cleaners I have ever had. 6/13/2012

Timeliness is really the number one thing that I rely on them for, so I'm not waiting for them to show up. They show when they say, and they have been nothing but professional. They are far better than every other company I have used, and my husband uses them now for his company. Master Care is just a great, great company. more
