we ordered parts from this company for our saw thinking that we would get them in a few days...wrong! their website said the parts were in stock and we should get them in few days but come to find out these parts are not in stock and now we would have to wait for them! our credit card was charged and we don't have the parts or the money...and we have to wait? it's ridiculous. more

The parts are easy to order however they don't tell you that it will take two to three weeks in order for you to get them. when you ask for their help on tracking the parts or a tracking number the line goes silent. Half the time they don't answer the phone, the lines are too busy - can't get through to anyone! I do not recommend them. more

I do not recommend Master Tool Repair! \r \r I thought I was purchasing the original switch for my Porter Cable air compressor. Their site shows the compressor with the original switch but I received a knock off, cheap brand of the switch in the mail. No wonder it was so cheap! \r \r Someone should report these guys. I won't go back to them!\r more

Very Rude and Deceitful. They show a 85-125 psi pressure switch for my Porter Cable 135 psi compressor on their site and after confirming that it was a different one, speaking with Gia, she said that they did have the right one which was about 10.00 more. more

I ordered a trigger valve kit from 6/7/2012

I ordered a trigger valve kit from Master Tool for my nail gun. It took 8 working days (11 consecutive days) to get the part. When it came the part looked like it had been returned from anouther customer. It was not in original packing and was missing two important parts from the kit. You could see the part was also not in the shrink wrap that was stated in the directions. From all the good reviews I saw online I thought they were a reputable company. I buy a lot of items online and was quite surprised I got hoodwinked. more

Beware - Not original equipment parts! 2/6/2012

I ordered repair parts for my Ridgid air compressor online. All the pictures and parts lists they show are of a Ridgid compressor. You're led to believe that you'll be getting original equipment replacement parts, and nowhere on their site does it say differently (if it does, it's buried in the fine print somewhere). As a result, the parts I received didn't fit correctly. more

I found this company driving to work last month. I needed a repair shop for my two nail guns. The people were very friendly, helpful and had a lot of good information. Both of my guns were fixed pretty fast (it was during the Christmas break). I would recommend this company to a friend if you needed any tools repaired. more

Very helpful advice 8/11/2011

I'm not that familiar with compressor terminology but it was the ""unloader valve"" on my compressor that was leaking, so I went to the tech link that they provided. It advised me that it is probably the check valve causing the leak so I went to the check valve section on their site and it told me where to locate it. I pulled apart the main line and found some ""Gunk"" inside the check valve. I cleaned that off and it works fine now! Thanks to them and their website I didn't have to buy anything but if I do in the future I would come to them first. I would also send word of mouth to anyone needing parts. I had to thank them for having a great website with some great advice. more

I really appreciated their quick response to my email (within the HOUR). I went to their website and placed my order. I've checked a few other sites and these guys were the ONLY one that responded back to me. They got the sale and my appreciation. I couldn't have asked for better service. more

Informative and quick 8/5/2011

I have been ordering parts through this company for a very long time. As a business owner i have to have my compressors and tools running perfectly all the time. I have always been able to get my parts through them when others did not. I live in Arizona and their shipping is lightning fast from Virginia it only took a couple of days to get my parts. Their sales team is very informative and their customer service is impeccable. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone who is having trouble finding parts elsewhere. more

Honest, Fair Company 8/4/2011

I am a local customer and I deal with this company on a regular basis. They are are both honest and fair. I have had several parts that needed to be returned because they did not fit my air compressors or tools. The customer service explained that as long as the item was returned without any damage within 30 days they would exchange it (or credit my card) - that information is actually stamped on all of my invoices as well. I expect any company to charge a fee on anything special ordered, returned, etc...based on the company's policy. All companies have a return policy. Some of the comments I see on here are probably from the same customers who abuse the return system. This company has very good customer service, they are fair and very helpful. more

Great Service, Helped Me Out 1/20/2011

I ordered parts from one of the larger retail stores online but they had a back log on parts for 3 weeks. I called up this store and they had my parts (fixed my compressor) the same day. I would recommend these guys to local and out of state folks as well. Thank you for your help, master tool repair. more

WORST customer service. deceitful incompetents 9/2/2010

Order was place for compressor wheels, weeks pass as we wait for the parts. They sent 2 different wheels (not a matching set), run around stories of shipping errors, internal finger pointing, ""we'll have someone call you to resolve this"" lies, etc SHOP ELSEWHERE, DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY and TIME WITH THESE 2ND RATE ONLINE YOKELS more

Great products, great service 4/9/2010

I have a Husky air compressor that was only a few years old, hardly used at all. I had several parts go bad on it and I could not find the replacement parts locally. I emailed Master Tool Repair and a customer service rep called me back with information on my unit. We looked over the parts breakdown on my unit and ordered the parts needed to fix my compressor. I did have to wait a couple of days for the parts but I was very happy with this company. They offered a return on the parts if they did not fit my unit and would work with me until it was fixed. If you can't find parts for your air compressor call these guys. I highly recommend them. Pros: friendly, very helpful, good price on products more

never us this company 4/10/2009

i got a part from them that was defective returned it to get a new wone. To come to fine out that they charge me a restocking charge for the bad wone instead of giving me my money back. never never us this company. very bad experence with them. Cons: unprofetional more
