Tony is so knowledgable, professional, and honest. He and his guys are great! Moved to the area almost 2 years ago and found him and master tech randomly. Had no idea how lucky I was! Highly recommend for routine service and anything major. more

Car Spa 5/24/2013

Master-Tech is like a car spa, I have been taking my car there for years. I don't trust any other auto shop’s opinion about cars except for Master-Tech. The manager always communicates the problems with my car to me clearly and the staff is always friendly. Master-Tech has the customer’s car best interest at heart and I recommend them to everybody I know. more

Still Unsure of Price Reduction 5/23/2013

Hey, Tony! I know you said you weren't charging for some scope test on my '97 QX4 right oxygen sensor since I had performed my own OBDB test, but, I have to admit, given this chance, that the $97 charge for labor was $32 higher than the estimate you printed a year earlier for the same job (I have the copy). Was there more involved than the estimate forecast? Also, your on-line service history does not show my '98 LS400. Can you add that? Thanx, John Vaeth 301-977-7177 more

Jeep Build 5/23/2013

Tony and his staff did an outstanding job installing a 3" lift kit with all the goodies on my wife’s 2009 Rubicon. They also changed out the wheels & tires, put on a dual exhaust and a bunch of other work. Tony's staff has also done excellent work with my 2004 F150 FX4. I couldn't be happier. more
