Bought a spa at an ""expo"" event from these guys. Went home and researched the product and the company and found out they are a shady business. I returned the next day to cancel the contract, but they ""refused."" What they won't admit is that there is a federal law in place with the Federal Trade Commission that gives you the right to cancel a contract within 3 business days if you change your mind (""Cool Off Rule"").

If you purchase something at a trade show, fair, hotel, or convention center, you can cancel the contract if you send notification by certified mail within 3 business days. Don't let them tell you you can't. Even if they say all sales are final, you CAN cancel--it's what the rule is there for. The law states, ""You do not have to have a reason. You have the right to change your mind.""
