There was a dent in my bumper after somebody backed into my car. Master Europa Paint & Collision did a great job repairing the bumper for me. The people I dealt with over the phone and at the front desk were exceptional. They were very friendly and very cooperative. They explained what they would need to do very clearly. There were no surprises at all. I was really impressed with their professionalism and communication. They did not have to deal with my insurance or anything, and the price was still less expensive than I was expecting it to be. The job was done when they said it would be. It took about two days only. After their work was complete, you couldn't even tell the bumper had any kind of damage done to it. It looks perfect now! That shop used to belong to someone else, the guy that owned it then had fixed a BMW I hit a deer with one time. I didn't know he had sold the company, but I went over and gave Jeff a shot and the work was better than before. Now it's the only place I go. Even if I have to wait a year to get in I'll wait for jeff. The quality of his work and control of his business is unbelievable. He always satisfies the customer. He is a super guy and a good businessman. more

The staff at Master Europa is straightforward without being rude, professional in every way, and the work done is second to none. If your vehicle is something you value to you, or part of your image with your own customers, and you need paint and body work done - why would you go anywhere but Master Europa? These folks are the gold standard, yet their rates are competitive with their industry. There are places closer to me. Wouldn't even consider them over Master Europa. We have a kind of unusual car, a Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas, and it has an aluminum skin body. There are only a few places in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and I'm from Fort Worth, so I prefer to do work there. I heard some good things about Master Europa. Jeff came out and personally took a look at my car. He was very thorough, even though there was not a lot of damage. Don't get me wrong, there was a fair amount, as someone had backed into the car. Jeff knew a lot about what he was going to do, like how he would possibly have to remove the rear window to apply the final clear coat to ensure it would go all the way up without leaving a visible line. He was very knowledgeable about what had to be done and the right way to do it. They got me a rental car, and the son of the receptionist even took me in his personal car to pick it up. They also made it so that I could leave the rental car there; they contacted the rental car company, and they picked it up from there, so I didn't have to mess with that. I had some additional work done for some stone chip damage on the front. Jeff repainted that at a very fair and affordable price. The car came back totally detailed out, and I have not had a problem with anything. With the quality of their work, you can't really tell that anything had been worked on, or that it needed work. I have been using Master Europa for about 3 years. My daughter has used them twice, we used them for my wife's car once, my car once, and a van of mine may have been there as well. I have used them at least 4 or 5 times that I can think of. They are the best, absolutely the best. It is an extremely high quality shop, and the car comes back looking terrific. They will do extra things for their customers. They can rent cars and have them waiting at the shop for you. It is a really good customer service experience. more
