Johnny was friendly and professional and is now in my book for A/C 12/3/2015

Our air conditioning quit working so I called Johnny on Monday morning to see if he could fit us into his schedule that day as the heat was becoming intolerable. He came out that afternoon, fixed the air conditioner and said he would follow up with a proposed maintenance plan since we had never had our A/C maintenance done. Johnny was friendly and professional and is now in my book for A/C more

They were professional and on time. Work was done appropriately and tech was good about explaining things. Only drawback was a charge of $2 per mile for travel which seems excessive. more

The tech who came to the house was nice and professional and did a good job of installing a switch outlet. BUT they charged me an hour of labor $95 for their drive time to my house without discussing this upfront. They may say they service your area but beware of where you live in relation to where they are coming from, it may cost you! more
