I had my hair cut there a total of 3 times and the quality is consistently good. Each time it was by a different hairstylist. They have high turnover but I haven't encountered any problems getting a decent haircut. My gripe is only with customer service. I was getting a haircut by Hope and she did a good job. When my cut was done the phone rang and she went to answer it. She soon came back saying ""I'm sorry..."" but turns out she came to get an accounting book, not to finish sweeping the hair and removing the sheet. It was the corporate office calling. So i had to sit there a few minutes while she worked things out with them. Total lack of customer service skills. She should have told the corporate that she has to finish with a customer, but turns out the boss is more important. I won't go to Master Cuts again.
