Notice how someone always writes a good review as soon as a bad review appears! Must be Andy himself! Andy has messed up many peoples carpet. Go to the circuit court of cook county web site to see how many times he has been sued in small claims court. I won my suit, but Andy skipped town and never paid me. He's back now, messing up peoples carpet again. According to the better business, the business now has a new owner. Even if Andy is no longer the owner, he still does the bad work. Better business had more than 13 complaints against Master Carpet but has removed them since they were more than 3 years old. I guess Andy figured it was safe to come back after 3 years. Now I can take him back to court and hopefully have him arrested. Cons: No respect for property, bad work ethics. more

THE WORK IS TERRIBLE AND THE BUSINESS OWNERS ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.\r I WOULD NEVER USE THEM BECAUSE THEY MESSED A FRIEND OF MINE AROUND AND AFTER I LOOKED UNDER CIVIL SUITS UNDER COOK COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE AND SAW THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS I WAS ANGRY.\r THEY TOOK WHAT WAS PROBABLY THE DAD'S BUSINESS AND TURNED IT INTO JUNK.
