Worked with Olga on finding, funding and closing my house.\r \r She's done an absolutely superb job. The house she found for us was absolutely perfect. She worked hard with WJ Bradley to help us get financing and kept constant communication with us and seller's agent to make sure everything was smooth, which helped a lot when our loan hit a little snag because of technicality and we had to ask for extension from seller's agent.\r \r No idea what's behind some of the bad reviews here. Wasn't my experience at all. Would definitely work with again and recommend.\r \r Thank you. more

We could have never done this without your loving guiding hand over the years. We often discuss the day you showed us the property. We fell in love with the home immediately, as you knew we would, but you provided caution as the homeowners were not clear of their plans for the house following their divorce. Please do your homework regarding Mast Realty, Steve Mast is the most unprofessional, disrespectful Realtor there is. The fact that he covers up serious issues within his homes and apartments with cheap labor, only to have them constantly fail again says enough about the way he conducts business. He will ream you on your deposit, and is famous for what he declares are Miscellaneous costs. I beg you to use anyone else but his company. more

As we had mentioned a few months ago, John and I have been looking to purchase a home of our own. It looks like we are able to purchase a home on Costal Del Mar, which is just a street away. Things are going well and we are expecting to close escrow soon. We would like to give you our 30-day notice and stay at 299 Sirena Del Mar through Friday, August 19,2011. At the same time, we would like to thank you for believing in us a few years ago even with our credit issues at that time. We will truly always remember your kindness and professionalism. I'm finally able to start doing some of the projects! 1/11/2012

I?m finally able to start doing some of the projects I?ve wanted to do on the house. Pretty soon it won?t be battleship gray anymore! And I have all new windows and doors, toilets, faucets, water filter and water softener (salt-free). Thanks for keeping in touch. We have a new teacher at our school who may be looking to buy a house in Marina this year. I told her I know a great realtor for her. Her name is Jackie Evers. I told her you listen. more

Professional ! 1/9/2012

Thank you for your professional services over these past five years. You took care of supervising the rehab, renting, and selling my house in Marina. I live in San Francisco, and you took care of all my needs and requests long distance, and I never had a moment of concern. You quickly found two sets of qualified renters, for excellent rental rates, and then, to top it all, sold the house for me at better than market rate in less than 45 days from listing to completed sale ! The listing and sale dates were November and December 2010----One of the toughest markets out there. I would be happy talk to any prospective clients on your behalf. more

WORST REALTOR IN THE BUSINESS 5/19/2011

I agree with all the others that were on here. This man is completely unprofessional. I understand he might have experience in the real estate business, but forget anything about courteousness, professionalism or integrity. I applied for a house and there was some false information that came back (my husband had his identity stolen so he had some bad credit issues). Before I could even explain he said ""I can find a better renter than you"". I could not believe it. I never paid my rent late, my credit was good, we make over 100K a year to pay 1700 month a rent. I was so offended at his attitude and demeanor. more

Horrible just horrible 4/11/2011

This place is probably the worst one to walk into in this entire state. I went to see about a rental they had and when I was there they were quite busy but only one person to run the office. The front desk secretary. She was very nice and was trying to set up an appointment for me when her boss, the owner, came out from the back screaming at her. He did this at least two other times. He was very rude and I saw him demeaning his employee in front of me and two other groups of people waiting. This man is a horrible nasty person and I would not do any business with him, I suggest you do the same. i told the secretary that i was sorry she had to endure this treatment, and no one should be abused like that. so I left. I agree with the other reviews. Never use this business. more

Hands down - the worst experience ever !! 2/25/2011

I agree 100% with the other poster who reviewed this business. The owner talks to you like a child, hangs up on you, yells, and throws childish temper tantrums. I feel bad for the staff working in the office. If you pay your rent, you're good - but BE PREPARED when you move out. They send in someone to do the pre-inspection, tell you you're clear and that you'll get your full deposit back - then stick it to you after you move out. It doesn't matter if you follow the rules, because they don't. Hire a house cleaner, carpet cleaner, turn in ALL receipts and they still find a way to work your pocket book. Also, they don't follow California state law. Go ahead and quote renters rights and watch Steve's temper flare. Bottom line, they have no consideration or respect for tenants. Even if you make well above the average income, have a near 800 credit score etc... more

NEVER USE MAST REALTY!!! 8/25/2010

The staff is nice, but Steve Mast has some issues of his own.IF he doesn't like what you have to say and you are talking to him on the phone, he will talk over you and then hang up the phone like a 4 year old. He discriminates against people who are students and who are not married stating that his units are ""family units only"" and that he ""will not babysit anymore"". more
