Horrible customer service. We spent thousands of dollars on a new bedroom set. When our $900 mattress turned out to be defective three months later, we were told that the ONLY thing we could do was swap the mattress for another one. No store credit (which it states as an option on their website), we were only able to get another mattress. When the men came to check the defective mattress so that we could return it, one waited until they were upstairs in my bedroom before asking me if I had measuring tape. They brought their yardstick to measure the body impressions that were 2.25 inches only after sleeping in the bed for three months. So, I had to leave them alone in my bedroom to get something for them that they should have brought with them. They said someone would call me in a day or two. After a week, I called them. They still needed a day to get back to me, just to tell me I could not get credit. I told them I'd call the credit company that we took out the loan from that they work with. They told me to ""go ahead, but they will just call me"", and explained how he would tell them not to let us stop the payments. Talk about bullies! He then told me how great the customer service was. This is still not resolved, and I am so very disappointed that someone could spend thousands of dollars and be treated horribly.
