THE FRONT DESk GIRL... Was the worst, she look at you like you were bothering her, room was musty, no candles, no music, Therispt was nice. Room was not comfortable felt like I was in a back room somewhere.... Didn't like it at all, worl of advice find some ppl with pleasant personality~~~ Won't be back. more

Thank God for Massage Therapeutic Arts! I have a few issues from a car accident and if it wasn't for all the wonderful therapists who have worked on me over the years, I don't know what I would have done!!! They have accommodated my busy schedule, thus I have had the opportunity to get a massage from several different therapists. Each of them have been amazing! I also enjoy my visits to this beautiful mansion, where every detail has been attended to! I highly recommend this experience!!! more

NO client confidentiality, Too much talk . 2/7/2012

Not impressed. Have had many professional massages and it seems there is a fake, condescending attitude with the girls there. I could over hear some of the girls talking about clients and I believe one was management, made me sick, could only imagine what they said about me after I left. One of the girls seemed too tired to work, had an attitude and an extremely sonorous mouth. Seems to be a ""clicky"" group. Rush rush rush, it felt very much so. No personal attention. Get them in and get them out, girls were very scatter brained. You could feel tension there. NOT peaceful or personal. Very unprofessional. I would never go back. more

Not worth you time or money!!!!!!!!! 7/27/2011

Don't let these good or even great experiences fool you, i'm talking first hand.\r Not a good experience. Didn't get my full time. Asked and paid for deep tissue, got this fluff and buff girl. Tried to talk with the office manager and he could have cared less. Asks him not to be so offended and he was just to busy to deal with it at that moment. Arrogant, self centered and pompous. NEVER going back, waste of my time and money! more

Great space and therapists....terrible front desk. 5/24/2011

I love the girl I go see and shes exceptional, however dealing with Tiffany and the girls at the reception is a nightmare every time. It seems that they can never schedule me in when needed and have messed up my appointment dates and times way too many times for my liking. Aside from that the place is beautiful and the location couldn't be more convenient. more

I was in town recently on business and needed a massage to wind down the day. I was looking to stay downtown and I found this facility close to my hotel. Very satisfied with service at all levels and was very impressed with the Victorian style of the building. It just added to excellent experience. ""I'll be back!"" more

Massage Therapeutic Arts is my absolute favorite in Western New York!. I have been a patient there for four years and am always amazed at how professional, elegant and healing my visits are. I do not understand the negative review below. I have had countless treatments and have never witnessed anything negative or unprofessional. On the contrary, the building is gorgeous, the staff polite, the therapists excellent and the owner, Kathy, noting short of a visionary. Her attention to detail is impeccable and it translates into a real Queen City jewel! I highly recommend it!! more

A Real Gem in Allentown 4/25/2011

I was in Buffalo on business, and the hotel I was staying at recommended Massage Therapeutic Arts. The office manager, Tiffany was very helpful & suggested I get a 2 hour massage by Patrick. I walked in to a beautiful place, The ladies at the front desk were very charming & if that is any indication, I knew the service would be great. I had an excellent massage by Patrick, he was able to relieve the neck pain I had been experiencing due to stress and travel.. Next time I am in Buffalo I will make sure to see Patrick again! more

Best Massage Ever! 4/25/2011

I don't agree with these two reviews. They're obviously written by the same person, and almost sound like a disgruntled employee or something. I thought the place was great! Agree the place was beautiful, but the massage was incredible! I had Kathy Regan. She was very pleasant, and she really seemed to know where my pain was. It was as if she was literally dissecting the painful muscle fibers in my back and neck. It is not what I would call a relaxing massage, but it was definitely the best massage I ever had! I left without pain, which has never happened before; so I would definitely recommend this place, and defend it. more

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME 4/9/2011

Beautiful place, BUT didnt get what I asked for. My hour time was cut to 40 min. Talked to the manager about it and he didn't seem to care, he was more in a hurry to get back to work, he blew me off, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Not a relaxing atmosphere, you can feel the tension between the employees, bad energy. I won't go back. Not worth my time or money. more

PICK ANOTHER PLACE- BAD ENERGY !~!~! 4/5/2011

Beautiful Place, but the building doesn't make a business, the employees do. After several repeat appts with different therapists, haven't been able to have the same one, they all leave and go other places (should have raised concern with me the first 4-5 times I went). Office management is intimadating, arrogant and has an unprofessional personality. A very disturbing, uneasy energy. Very rude and spoke about an employee to another employee in front of me and other customers. VERY caddy, uneasy, unpleasant feeling. DEFINATELY NOT GOING BACK. UNPROFESSIONAL !!! more
