Massage & Healing by Mary & Friends

I've tried meditating on my own, but it never seemed to do any good. Life has been extra stressful lately, so a friend and I tried a guided meditation session with Marian and it was a really good experience. She does a great job explaining things and was very encouraging. Now I meditate at home 2 to 3 times a week and I like it. My friend had a Qi Acupressure session with Marian and she thought it was great, becasue she had tried Acupuncture, but didn't like the needles. Marian is GREAT!!! So glad I found her. more

This was my first experience with energy healing and Marian was terrific. She took extra time to give me more information on Qigong energy healing and what to expect in the session. I have tried Acupuncture, but I just don't like the needles. Marian's intuition or ability to know how to find and open the energy blocks is amazing. I don't know exactly how she does it, but it worked for me. Besides helping with an old shoulder injury, she also knew I was struggling with letting go of old, angry emotions I have been carrying around for a long time...without me even mentioning anything about it to her. After years of athletic activity and several surgeries without visiting a massage therapist, I decided the aches and pains were too much to deal with. Tammy 's massages and advice for self-care -- stretches, exercise, etc. -- have really made a difference. My back is the best its been since before my surgery 16 years ago. Since I've had back surgery, I've seen many professional body workers in California, Colorado & Minnesota (rolfers, cranial sacral workers, chiropractors, massage therapists...), and Mary is one of the best. She finds the spots that need work and always has insights and suggestions for what I can do at home. Mary goes the distance to nurture and heal her clients. Lisa K is a great new addition to Massage & Healing. She's a highly skilled, strong, and attentive massage therapist that I've been going to for the past three years (when she worked out of other businesses in the area). Always expanding her abilities, Lisa is an expert with a wide range of techniques (hot stone, chakra balancing, cupping, deep tissue, etc). Mary is so powerful in her intuition and healing ability and her massage is heavenly. She really is an angel. She was recommended to me by my chiropractor and once was enough to be a regular client of hers for months now. She is adept at so many different healing and massage modalities that every session has been different, but each time it was exactly what my body and soul needed! In different sessions I have experienced deep relaxation, memory fllashbacks needed for healing, ecstatic energy that made me laugh for joy, tearful release of saddness that was held deep within, and release of muscle tensions. I can't say enough wonderful things about what it's like having a session with Mary. I've had a massage and an energy healing session with her and both worked wonders. I have been going to Mary for the last two years. Whether I am going for work on sore muscles or just a nice relaxing massage after a stressful work day, I have never been disappointed. Mary is the best. I have been to many therapists. This time I needed help recovering from a car accident. Between my Chiropractic care and Mary's Message Therapy I have been recovering quickly.
