The girl at the front desk was allstar! She checked us in made us feel relaxed as soon as we walked throu the door. Very friendly hit what my target needs were. Very focused on what i told him to do, and made me feel very comfortable. more

Massage Envy is THE BEST! 2/10/2011

Massage Envy Temecula is THE BEST, from the owners, to the front office staff, to the therapists! Everyone is courteous, friendly, and professional and I am treated like loyalty! Even therapists who have never worked on me are welcoming and friendly in passing, and often call me by name. The facility is always clean and inviting and it's nice having the little extras available when desired, like a hot stone massage, body butter, a foot treatment or the new aromatherapy varieties. more

Courteous and Professional 2/3/2011

All of the staff is fabulous, but the weekend front office workers (Heidi, Nicole, and Rebecca) always greet me with their typical friendliness and make me feel very welcome. They are courteous and professional and when I leave, the have my credit card receipt ready, extra water to go, and a mint or two because they know I enjoy them after a massage. Too, they know I like two-hour sessions when possible, and if my therapist has an opening, they (or Torrey and others there) will call me to see if I want to extend my appointment to two hours. This kind of personal attention and friendliness and thoughtfulness is very much appreciated. more

Sherri is one of the best massage therapist ever! 1/30/2011

Sherri is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had (and I've had dozens and dozens in my life). She listens to what I need at the time and is more than open to feedback if pressure is too much or too little, if I want something else ect. She is very smooth at transitioning from ""body part"" to ""body part"", where some therapists lose touch or do it in an abrupt way that affects the relaxation. She has a great of what my body muscles need and she can feel tight areas sometimes before I realize that they are there. She has many techniques to address different situations, including cranial-sacral to help with headaches or twisted-feeling knees, and is gifted at knowing what to use for each situation. Her techniques on my feet are the best I've ever had, especially finding problem areas and working out knots and tension, but all the while not twisting my feet/ankles even the slightest so as to bother my (sensitive knees. more
