Front end team is always friendly. Just exceptional and welcoming. I have scheduled multiple treatments from Cynthia. What a professional!!!! Just beyond belief. I realize that by mentioning her - I may an even more difficult time scheduling time with her. She is super friendly, caring and has a deep respect for her training and her profession. Simply can't say enough about her. After getting a massage from Cynthia - the next few days feel a whole lot better..... more

Yolanda took care to avoid some sensitive areas on my face. She is honest and I don't feel like I'm being pressured to buy products, although she does recommend Murad. more

Olivia was great... not too rough and very professional. She listened to me and didn't try to talk to me the whole time like some of the other masseuses. I will request her again more

Love my membership! 3/17/2013

I was having a lot of back and hip pain. Sara specifically worked on those areas for most of the massage. She really worked out a lot of my kinks. Very happy with my membership to Massage Envy. I really enjoy going to the one in Encinitas! more

positive demeanor 2/5/2013

Josh is outstanding--this was my second massage with him. He has a relaxed, positive and professional demeanor (not an easy mix to find!). During the massage, he frequently checked in with me and modified based on my response. He's also an expert draper, which made me feel really comfortable. At the end, I felt great, muscles less knotted and spirits lifted. I told him I appreciated his positive attitude, it's contagious, and he told me he was surprised because he had been feeling down the last 2 days, but coming to work and helping others relax and feel better was helping to lift his mood. If this is Josh on an off day, ME is lucky to have him. more

Friendly and helpful 11/4/2012

I told Irena that I like to give my boyfriend massage and she offered useful recommendations. Also, I really liked how she worked gently, but thoroughly on my shoulders. -I never had a massage before that included her techniques. I really liked how she positioned my arms in various positions in order to massage in a full range of motion. Nice!! more

I had just spent 2 weeks having a garage sale and moving and was literally exhausted and very sore. Donna's calm but upbeat attitude not only soothed my aching body but lifted my battered spirit as well. I will definitely request her again! more

Chelsea was very engaged with my needs, solicited feedback throughout without being too talkative, and was thorough in my massage. I expected to be a little sore afterwards or through the next day but I actually felt more limber and refreshed. more

Outstanding 8/7/2012

Donna always asks me if there are any particular areas that I would like her to pay particular attention to and she follows through. She also lets me know the areas she felt needed work, and I always feel so much better when I leave than I did when I came in! I've been seeing Donna F. for over a year and she is consistently outstanding! more

Stacy does a wonderful job of giving me a specialized massage. She knows what areas to spend more time on and the areas I prefer her to skip. Its the first time I have had a terapist that listened to me. more

The best massage! 6/25/2012

The best massage I have ever had. Robert focused on the knots in my neck and back. Sometimes when I get a massage, it is as though the therapist is just doing what he/she was taught in school--and totally ignoring the knots. Robert actually worked on the knots--and I felt as though the massage was tailored for me. more
