Dr. Reed is one of the best dermatologists around 9/20/2016

I've learned the hard way that Dr. Reed is one of the best dermatologists around. I went to him with a condition that another dermatologist missed. With plenty of friends and family that are fair skinned I've been recommending him to everyone who asks. In finding the best dermatologist I'll admit I shopped pedigrees as much as reviews. Dr. Reed is a Harvard trained dermatologist. More importantly, Dr. Reed is exacting. He seems like a nice guy but most importantly he's keeping my skin healthy - therefore as appealing as possible for this guy. more

I appreciate the ease of booking appointments 9/12/2016

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Reed and his staff. I have seen them 5-6 times and each time was seen by Dr. Reed and an assistant and they spent ample time with me. Dr. Reed diagnosed the reason for and resolved my adult acne, which multiple other doctors have been unsuccessful in treating for the past 25 years. I've also seen him for other skin conditions, each with a good outcome. His staff is friendly, professional and I appreciate the ease of booking appointments, getting seen quickly and helpful portal and reminders provided by his staff. I hope this review makes the recommended, it feels like they are unfairly only featuring the negative reviews which are the minority. more

Highly recommend Dr. Reed and his team! Very knowledgeable and friendly group of professionals. I have been to the office multiple times for various issues and was taken care of with professionalism! If you have any sort of derm needs, Dr. Reed's office is where you should go. more

It was a great pleasure for me to visit this office 8/2/2016

I saw Jie for my annual skin exam. I have to say that was the most thorough exam I had in these years with a few different dermatologists. For this kind of skin exam I had always been afraid of negligence from a medical provider, but after seen by her I felt very assured about my skin conditions. It was a great pleasure for me to visit this office and I would recommend it to all friends. more

The Doctor and his help are excellent people and great at what they do. I would recommend anyone to go to him and his people as they are the best I known. I have been going to him for over 20..25 years. They are the best in there fields. Also they are very nice people to deal with. They are very caring and super friendly. more

His staff is very conscientious 7/11/2016

I have seen Dr. Reed for about 4 years after my previous dermatologist retired. During that time he has treated me for skin cancer. Dr. Reed has performed many surgeries on me and has closely monitored my condition. I currently see him every three months. I have found him to be a very caring doctor who reassures me that I am following the right approach to controlling my condition. His staff is very conscientious and always make me feel comfortable. more

The staff here are all extremely helpful. I've been suffering from horrible allergic reactions causing rashes and Jie, one of the doctors helped me so much. She knew what I needed and made sure to fight with my insurance so that I could get coverage. I felt that she genuinely cared how the reactions were doing and wanted to prevent them as best as possible. more

Dr. Reed is an excellent dermatologist. He has helped my daughter control her eczema when two others dermatologists did not. He is prompt, polite, and patient. He listens to concerns and helps you decide the treatment that you would like to follow. more

They are THE BEST around! 6/2/2016

Both my husband and I go to Dr. Reed's office for Dermatology. We have had excellent experiences with both Dr. Reed and his assistant, Jie Chen. They are kind and thorough and really made me feel comfortable there. I would highly recommend both Dr Reed and Jie Chen. Angelica, who also works as an assistant there, is also very kind and nice to work with. We found Dr Reed after we had had a bad experience with a different Doctor at South Shore Medical Center. We have both had multiple procedures there and are very pleased with their work. In my opinion, they are THE BEST around! more

I had a great experience with Dr. Reed. I've had a mark/irritated area on my foot and leg for a couple of years now. Dr. Reed did a biopsy which I was extremely nervous about, and it was exactly what he thought. I thought Dr. Reed's personality was great, and he really helped me through the biopsy procedure. His assistant was awesome too! Overall, my entire experience was good ( I visited the Plymouth location). more

My thanks and appreciation 5/9/2016

I am an 82 year old man, and I have been a patient of Dr. Reed’s for some 30 years. During this time he has treated my never ending sun damaged skin 150 times. The most recent, being my nose where deep cutting and skin grafting was done. The pre and post operation effort were both a medical success and was just as important an effort demanding professional skill and sensitive staff follow up. My thanks and appreciation to Dr. Kenneth Reed, Staci Goodwin, the office manager, and Dr. Reed’s sensitive and excellent staff. more

Always made me feel at ease and in good hands 4/27/2016

CHEERS to Dr. Reed and his staff! I have been a regular patient of Dr. Ken Reed for several years from cosmetic concerns related to me being in the public eye to more serious issues of health. His staff is professional and courteous yet somehow, at the same time, friendly and affable. This is definitely an attitude contagious from “the boss” himself. Dr. Reed, without exception, has always made me feel at ease and in good hands- calm yet meticulous in his care. He is one of those rare physicians who make you feel like you are his only patient in the time spent with him. This along with very little time in the waiting room and a spotless medical facility has made Dr. Reed my physician for life. more

My friends, children and I have been a patient of Dr. Reed's for years and have always found his care to be top notch. As a nurse, I can recognize a skilled clinician, and have had him operate on me several times without issue or scarring. His staff are professional, and his PA's well qualified. I highly recommend Dr. Reed to anyone seeking a dermatologist or cosmetic skin care. more

I trust him 4/12/2016

Only good things to say about Dr. Reed. He has removed moles (with a minimum of scarring) from two of my kids, kept our complexions clear, and given all of us yearly skin screenings. He and his staff are friendly, flexible, and competent. I trust him. more
