Do not use 8/31/2011

Cindy is useless. I used to be a client of hers & have experienced her unprofessional attitude & complete lack of caring for her clients first hand. Although once very talented & very dedicated Cindy has no longer could be bothered to do anything for her clients. Emails are ignored, phone calls are ignored. Even when I have called begging her for help because I am about to loose a client due to a problem with the website, a website I pay her to maintain, she ignores me. Go elsewhere, this woman does not care about her business anymore. more

Awful 1/7/2011

I called Mass Web Design last week to make an appointment, I left a message. I wanted meet to find out more about the different plans and products they offer. I ended up getting a phone call from some rude drunk woman telling me that she doesn't have the time to make me a website and that I should call her back next week. She was going on and on about her dog, she sounded crazy. This was not the kind of person I would want helping me get my business on the internet. Do what I did and look elsewhere! more

I can't believe the service. We didn't know if we needed a web site or where to begin. I called Mass Web Designs and within a few days - I had all my questions answered, proposal, and samples - My boss was impressed... the site was done on time and within our budget! Great Work 6/7/2006

Mass Web Designs helped me with getting a name for my site to getting it in the search engines. I was so happy to see my site coming up all over the internet. I have been getting calls and people have told me that they found me in yahoo and google - GREAT JOB. more
