Terrrible Service 9/6/2012

I hope the woman who screwed us over sees this. The people in the office FAILED to inform us that we were still signed onto a contract. We thought we were getting our secruity desposit back and instead we got billed 16,000.00 for a whole years worth of rent. Small bit of information that should have been brought to our attention when we turned in the keys, dont you think? Thanks Mason Property Staff we will see you in court. more

Where do I begin? The woman who pretty much runs Mason Properties seems over worked for doing to much for Mason Properties, since everytime we call she has a serious attitude. I feel bad for her only because she has to deal with unhappy tendents all the time who call to complain about how terrible it is to live with Mason Properties. more

Nice Place, Affordable for a family 3/23/2012

We love it here! We have lived in several apartment complexes. Mason Properties maintains their buildings like no other complex I have seen. Everything is perfect. Whenever we do have an issue, it's fixed right away. Also, it's close to my daughter's school. more
