Please read the 79th District Court review I wrote for details, but Patricia Baker runs the outfit, and the DC judge Peter Wadel, is actually a fair jurist whom I have dealt with on Landlord-Tenant and Small Claims with no complaints even when I lost. When I denied responsibility in my civil inf. and asked for a court hearing, Ms. Baker leaked my personal/confidential info and reprimanded me for actually taking issue with slowly rolling through a Stop Sign ( placed25 ft illegally beyond the crosswalk) while cars behind me and the officer rolled past the crosswalk at will with no penalty. The forms I was given with her approval were lacking pertinent data, and she actually avoided showing me how Probate Judge Mark Raven had any jurisdiction in traffic court for well over a half-year, and still hasn't presented any. She has wrote me an unprofessional letter, and unprofessionally hung up on me in unwarranted anger when I was trying to get information I needed for my case.
Pros: Works Well With Law Enforcement
Cons: Lacks Objectivity and Fairness
