Champs at handling phobic patients 11/20/2005

I needed work done and avoided the dentist whenever possible due to severe phobia. I phoned this office after being turned away by half a dozen other dentists who didn't want to deal with me. Mascoma Dental fit me in quickly and were ultra understanding of my fears. They welcomed my husband to come in with me, explained everything they would do and most importantly, the dentist was very gentle injecting the novacaine which makes the WORLD of difference!! He knew that my phobia had to do partially with fear of pain and was very conscious of that during the proceedures. They understood I didn't have insurance and worked with me on the payments.
