Awful Service and Food 12/18/2011

Awful service and food. Owner is clueless. We went on Sunday to grab a quick bite. I love Indian food so I was very excited to try Masala. The owner was in the restaurant making a movie with his family, they were loud and obnoxious, kept opening and closing the door although it's freezing, completely disregarded the fact that we were in the restaurant, didn't say one word to us. And the food tasted like cardboard. I wold advise never going to Masala. more

I have never seen service this bad 3/9/2011

ordered food for delivery. one hour goes by, I call to see if all is well, they say its on its way that minute, I say no problem. One hour after that, I call to cancel my order, because I ate while I was waiting and didn't want cold food. Before I could apologize for canceling, the guy who took my order says, ""whatever"" and hangs up. I have never seen service this bad. more
