I work with doctors in a hospital so I know when they have bedside manners or not. Dr. Masada is very nice, soft spoken but very smart. He sits down with you and discusses health changes you could do. I had my first papsmear done by him. Although numerous people have told me that it was a somewhat painful exam, he made me feel at ease by explaining what he was going to do beforehand, what i would expect, what i could do to make it less uncomfortable for me. I guess all that discussion made me better informed so it wasn't as bad as what I expected it to be. \r

The only con is the long wait even sometimes with an appointment. His waiting area is almost full whenever I go there.
Pros: great bedside manner, smart, informative, empowers patients with knowledge
Cons: wait time, unsmiling staff
