I would like to thank you for the excellent assistance i received from your staff and particularly Betty in the service department last Friday march 22, while on my way from Mukilteo to grace academy in Marysville for my 11 year old's attendance in a regional speech meet, my car battery died near the Starbucks on 88th st; my insurance USAA promptly contacted a tow company and also Marysville Ford to arrange repair services. before the tow company arrived i had received a call from Betty assuring me that they would take care of me. Betty arranged complimentary transportation to and from Grace Academy, where i was able to see my daughter awarded a blue ribbon for her presentation! Betty made sure my car was ready to go - and it worked out that the car was ready before my daughter was! your company also took the time to inspect my brakes and even washed my car! with your staff help guided by Betty my day went from disaster to a success! thank you so much!\r
I would also point that i was in a safe location when the car failed, my 11 year old was crying fro possibly missing her event and people refused to help me with a jump start; i was alone miles from home and couldn't reach my husband by phone. \r
your employees helped me feel safe and secure.\r
as Richard Branson of the Virgin Group says:""making customer service key to your organization will keep your employees motivated and customers happy, ensuring loyalty, business success and, most importantly, a more fulfilling and meaningful experience for all"".\r
PS- we always have been customers of Bickford Ford for a while but i chose your company because it was closer, even though i didn't know much about it, We will definitively consider your dealer for our service needs, which may come soon my brakes!!\r
Thanks again!\r
