I was looking for a company to do a big job for me,, I just bought a fixer upper and I needed a new roof and new windows. Most of the quotes I recieved from other companies were way out of the ball park. My mother gave me the number for Maryland Home Extereriors and told me to speak to Jeff, becuase she had been using him for years and he did quality work and stayed within her budget. I called and Jeff came out for an estimate. He was a very smart man and knew what he was talking about. He gave me a date, a time, and a price, and let me tell you, the price was within the ball park. Jeffs guys came out and did a great job, they were very respectfull to me and my house and I even offered them something to eat and drinks because they were working so hard.. When the job was finished I was so happy,, my house looked great and I have my mother to thank for pointing me in the right direction, and also Jeff to thank for turning my house into a home, that now stays warm and doesnt leak,,haha. Jeff was recommended by a friend. Made the call and got a quick call back. Jeff came out the next morning and gave me an estimate. Was the best estimate out of the few I spoke to. We agreed on Maryland Home Exteriors to replace my siding. Jeff promised that his crew would be there the following day to begin the work and it would be done the same day. Just as promised, guys show up, get to work, and do a superb job. Would highly recommend. In fact, already made referred them to a friend. Have no negative comments. Job well done! A+ more

Job did not finish on time and slightly more expensive than what was on the contract. Overall quality of completed work was POOR. I would not recommend or use them again. NO GOOD. more

We tried to used this Maryland home exteriors when we spotted a problem. Jeff was no good, comes out assesses the problem, takes a picture of it and shows you steps to repair or replace what is needed and totally riffed off.. We are not satisfied with their work. The quality of work was very poor.. . more

I used these guys recently. All in all it was a BAD experienced. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS for roofing. They dont know the word HONESTY. These mens came to my house and were so dishonest I had to ask them to leave or i was going to call the law. more

Maryland Home Exteriors is not recommended for roof repair . They are pretending that they are expert. Now i know why they have so many bad reviews. They are just thinking how to get money. Really bad. Im totally upset. BEWARE! more

I let Jeff and company fixed a roof leak near my chimney. After I contacted them, Jeff promptly came out to my house at the scheduled time. He inspected the leak, explained the repair process and give me a written estimate. Job not well done.. just waste of money. more

Jeff gave us the quote to replace the windows in my home. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but when the work was to be done its a whole different story. A chinese man came to measure the windows, I don't know what he was saying and he didn't know what I was saying. the day of the work, they told me they would be here in the morning. At about 12:00, noon, they showed up. 5 Hispanic men showed up to do the work, I have no problem with this. The started to work and they were smoking in my yard and throwing their cigarette butts all over my yard. I let them continue to work and cleaned my truck to stay out of the way. I went inside my house to find my flat panel TV had been scratched, there were rust stains on my carpet; from where they laid their tools, they got caulk on my carpet, and didn't even caulk all the way around the windows. My coffee table was nicked when they carried in the windows, my dresser was also scratched. They told me that the job would take one (1) day, the work was not completed and now they want to come back tomorrow to mess up my house some more. To fix the carpet they took a razor knife and cut a piece of my carpet out, the carpet was installed about 4 months ago. Are these guys serious? I called Jeff to explain the problems and he said, without even coming out to look, ""there is no damage to your house"" when I insisted that there was he talked over me and then when I didn't listen and continued my sentence he hung up on me. Jeff is a piece of trash and I will never do business with him or anyone that he is affiliated with. Please be careful, he is a smooth talker and then a snake. more

Recently had my roof replaced. Jeff presentation was wonderful.The crew had the job done in a timely matter. The crew that Jeff hired to replaced my roof took my satellite dish from my house. I call Jeff and advised him that they removed my dish from my house. He advised me that he will take care of that, since then I have not heard from Jeff. I have call him many times no reply thanks alot Jeff. I have a new project going on NEW siding on my house I guess I will NOT be using this company anymore. Tammi more

We interviewed several contractors, but Jeff really impressed us by providing sugguestions and ideas that no one else offered. Jeff obviously has first hand knowledge of what needs to be done and how best to accomplish it, unlike the others who were salesman just trying to make a sale. Maryland Home Exteriors did a fantastic job installing our siding and gutters. The crew was completely professional and very hard working. They took care not to damage any of our shrubbery or plantings which was no easy task. We had great communications from Jeff as to what they were expecting to complete each day and how the job was progressing. Having dealt with other contractors in the past, we couldn't believe it when this project was completed on time, on budget and far surpassed our expectatations. We highly recommend Maryland Home Exteriors and they are our contractor of choice for upcomming projects. more
