I love the account managers at M.A. Goodman & Associates. They always call if I miss a payment, and whenever I've needed to make a claim, they are there for me through out the process. more

Best Insurance Agency I've dealt with 5/19/2010

My dealings with the Michael Goodman Agency have been awesome! They found me the best home and auto rate possible. I shopped it around with other agencies and either they were way more expensive or didn't have the answers to the questions I had. The agent who helped me took the time to sit down and go over all my previous insurance and showed me how I could save money. I'm just glad I found an agency that is looking out for me. Pros: Great customer service, knowledge Cons: Can't think of any more

reconsider another Nationwide Agent 3/31/2006

There are better agents for Nationwide out there. These guys emphasize extras that many others don't require such as all cars including new cars with a warranty to have Towing and Labor. This is commision for them and you are paying for something you already got. They ripped off a friend of mine. She changed companies. more
