Thrilled 2/27/2013

My daughter chose a vacation wedding but I wanted Mary Murray's to do the flowers because I was at a wedding earlier this year that Mary Murray's had done and I knew they were the best. We finally opted to have them do the brides bouquet and the rest were done by a florist in Hawaii. Mary Murray's completed the bouquet and shipped it the day before. I am so happy that we did this her bouquet was the most beautiful one I had ever seen.It lasted for almost a week. It never fails that they exceed my expectations on a consistent basis. Bad Service, Overpriced 5/27/2011

All I asked was a bouquet for $200 for my wedding. Every flower I suggested I was told no (can't get it, not in season, too expensive for the bunch, etc.) The consultant I was with (MEGAN) said my bridesmaids were in a different class than her because they were making their own bouquets. Absolutely offensive. I walked out and went straight to another shop and ordered my dream bouquet for my exact budget. Mary Murray's was too snobby for my money, apparently. The shop I ended up with could somehow get all the flowers I wanted, but Mary Murray couldn't make anything work. more

These are terrible people. 7/18/2009

I called on a Saturday at 4 to see if I could have flowers delivered to my Mother in the hospital. The "lady" who answered was totally annoyed that I bothered her, angrily told me they were closed, and said I was just out of luck. She didn't even offer to deliver flowers later or even try to get my business. And they won't get my business - ever. more
