The first wednesday of each month Mary Bridge offers free carseat safety checks for anybody - no appointment necessary. They will check the carseats to be sure they are appropriate for each child and properly installed. They also provide replacement seats for those who need them on a donation basis. Worth a few minutes of time to check this out if you have kids - I learned a lot!
