A one-star rating is very generous; I wish I could give it 0 stars. The way you treated your customers today was inexcusable. I am disappointed as to how you handled things. How does a business focused on customer service get away with cursing out kids and then slapping their hand? There was no reason to TOUCH another person to retrieve a golf ball. Toddlers act like that. Also, the fact that one of the boys gave you back your $2.25 should tell you that they were being honest. Think twice before accusing your customers of ""scamming"" you. You have a lot to think about. An apology from you and your employee would have solved the whole situation. Your pride got in the way. I will be spreading the word that your place of business is not worth the visit.
