This company installed a new high efficiency heat/cool system for us and they were nothing but gentlemen the entire time! The equipment works great, and they did everything they said they would. I would tell my own mother to use them. more

My furnace recently stopped working on a Monday. I called these guys in a frantic state, and they came out to do the estimate on the same day, and even got me the price that day! The next morning I gave them the job. On wed. by 4 PM I had a new high efficiency furnace installed by 2 guys that were nice, clean, and knew what they were doing. The boss even stopped by to make sure things were going well. If you need a furnace-CALL THESE GUYS!!!! more

FANTASTIC! 11/28/2010

I am not usually a person that likes to spend time writing reviews but when I deal with a company that makes that much of an impression I am more inclined to tell people. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Marvin E. Kanze for some duct work and a replacement of my HVAC unit. From the beginning of the process I was extremely impressed. The salesman came out and explained what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. The cost was extremely reasonable and I felt very comfortable with the professionalism that was being displayed. The crew came in to my house and were very respectful and clean. The job was finished in a timely fashion and I am very grateful for the service that I received. I would without reservation recommend Marvin E. Kanze for all of your HVAC needs! more

Good Sales Person, Bad Technicians 7/12/2010

Sales person was really good but the technician that came to install the air conditioning unit was not done a good work. A person without much patience, want to get out as soon as possible. When we asked to fix some air leaks on the new ductwork response from him - "it was not a perfect system before". I know that it was not a perfect system, but do not make it verse. Great Company! 3/12/2010

I had this company replace my entrie old heating and cooling system last month, and my utility bills dropped by 25%! They showed up on time to do the install, the installers were extremely polite and clean. My experience was really great! The owner of the company even stopped by to check on the job to make sure everything came out OK. I would say these guys are "THE GUYS"you call when you want to replace your old inefficient system. more

My house is warm & my ducts are clean!!! 1/7/2010

Our furnace died in late November, and Marvin E. Kanze, inc. sent a serviceman out A.S.A.P., Unfortunately our 22 year old furnace could not be saved. The next day they installed for us at our request a super high efficient furnace for a reasonable price, and cleaned our ducts for a discounted rate because they were already in the home. Let me just say our house heats more evenly and for less money than ever before, and the level of dust in my house seems to be way lower. The air just seems to be cleaner. These guys are GRADE A, and so are the workmen that work for them. Pros: These guys came fast & did what they said they would! Cons: 0 more

My new hybrid system works great 1/6/2010

We bought a new hybrid (heat pump with gas back-up) system from these guys in August. The system works exactly how we hoped it would. We are saving $$$, and we are comfortable in every room of our house. In addition, the workman were nice as can be, and did clean work. This family run company is terrific:) Pros: On time! Replaced my System with Top Quality 1/6/2010

In late August this company replaced my old heat pump with a new hybrid system, and they did a terrific job. The workmen were nice as could be and did not make a mess. Most importantly the system works great and saves me a ton of money!!!!! If you want a quality job done- call this family owned biz- Pros: I have super efficient equipment! I love my New Heating & Cooling System 1/5/2010

Our furnace died early last month, so we had marvin e. kanze, inc. who had been loyally & professionally servicing our old system for 18 years come and give us a price on a new system. We gave them the job, and our new Trane system works exactly how they said it would. We got our first PECO bill and saved more then we thought we would. The salesperson Jonathan was very knowledgeable, and everything went as promised. We also had them clean our ducts when the installation took place, and our house just seems cleaner. We had a heater installed. It was not installed correctly. A technician was here three times and couldn't fix the numerous problems. We got another company and they told us our heater was not installed properly. It cost hundreds of dollars to get the heater fixed. Cons: Very Bad Company more

On Time, On Budget - Great Job! 2/10/2005
