Nice looking but RUDE staff. 6/10/2011

Good: The presentation of the banquet was nice.. Bad: The wait staff were the worst bunch of rude and ignorant I've ever experienced in my life time of going to banquets and need to be fired cause they really don't seem to like there jobs.Don't ask for more bread cause they will throw it at you.. Improvements: Fire the rude girls that don't like there job and hire new ones it really doesn't matter if they speak English or not just give me respect as a paying customer.. Other: Unfortunately I will not be having my daughters birthday cotillion here due to the rude and ignorant girls who work there and will not be recommended it either.. more

Poor catering services 8/21/2005

I went to this banquet hall for a wedding reception and was very disappointed. Half of the waiters could not speak English. They were very sloppy and impolite. They would not ask if you wanted your plate cleared and would just take it away while you were still eating. I would not throw a reception party here. I did come here for a Mothers Day brunch and it was much better. more
