Don't even think about staying here and I'll give you NINE REASONS. First off, living there is a safety violation. Our building (building A) had broken fire alarms for the whole year our lease was running. I put in a maintenance slip but they pull down alarms were never actually replaced. more

I am coming up on the end of my lease and can't help but wish I moved somewhere else. In the 12 months of renting here I have witnessed more cop cars/fires/drug use/parties and experienced more sleepless nights than any prior living situation. Part of this is due to being across from a college, the average age of the residents is estimated between 18-22. I can only compare the nights at Camden to being in a college dorm without security, loud and rowdy kids yelling/drinking/and urinating in public almost each day of the week. Pros: Looks great Cons: Can't ever sleep because of parties every night / poor security / poor parking more

I moved out of the Candem apartments three years ago. They sent me up with a huge move out bill... I sent a certified letter requesting reciepts and pictures, they said I left the place filthy after I cleaned for three days. They signed for my letter that requested receipts and pictures, and I never heard from them again.... until yesterday that is... three years later... when I recieved a phone call from a collections agency that I owe Camden Martinique apartments $750 within 16 days or it's going to be showing up on my credit report. Wow.. I sure am glad I lived there. Good luck for you! Make sure you have lots of money saved up when you decide to move out... or in better words... maybe three or four years later when they decide to come after you! more

In the last 2 months they have raised the price of laundry, my utility bill went up 60%, and they raised my rent $600. The leasing agents are also not any help. Pros: location Cons: customer service, rent increases , utilities increases, washer/dryers break alot more
