Many thanks to Howard Flicker, Melissa Snow and Adam McClure. My son was injured while working which resulted in a worker's comp claim as well as a product liability lawsuit. It was complicated and difficult and these folks never let him give up. They stuck by our family and made sure our son got what he needed to put his life back together. Fail callbacks are fail 8/9/2011

Called on a Friday, and had to leave a message to set up a consultation meeting. Next Thursday, I call again, and again I have to leave another message to call me back. Now it is the following Tuesday and no call back. I guess they have enough cases to pay their bills at the moment, and don't need to call anyone back. more

Worker's Comp Done Right!!!! 6/27/2011

I had the worst experience on Sept. 8, 2010. I was involved in an auto accident in my own car running an ""on the job"" errand. My SUV was totaled and I had severe neck and lower lumbar injuries. I was terminated by my employer the very next day due to ""unfinished work"". Never in my life had I felt so betrayed I lost my beloved SUV and my almost 7 years working for this company within 24 hours. My first choice was The Frickey Law Firm, I felt justice was in order. They helped me get my life back 5/23/2010

I was forced to hire an attorney after I was rear ended on the job. Worker's Comp was horrible and didn't take my pain seriously. I am so glad I hired the Frickey Law Firm. They always kept my best interest in mind. They were able to work with worker's comp and ended up getting the surgery that I needed approved.
