We went on a day in February, but due to poor signage, we had a hard time finding the exact site we came to see: the museum and grave. There are so many MLK this and MLK that, it's hard to find the specific place you want to start at. There certainly is no lack of sites, but a little more clarification would help. In the museum we found interesting the personal effects of both MLK, Jr. and his wife. The museum provided very little information about how MLK, Jr. grew up and the life changing experiences that brought him to his beliefs, instead there was a factually-based timeline. We ended up parking on the street because we couldn't find the parking lot. By far, the best part, because it's so significant, is the reflecting pool and the grave; it just took my breath away to be there. Admission free.
Pros: gravesite, reflecting pool
Cons: poor signage, not enough info.
