NOT satisfactory! I placed an online order through the Martin Flowers website (hosted by eflorist) at 10am on a Tuesday. After receiving my 'order confirmation' with confirmation number, I considered my mission accomplished and checked 'order flowers' off my list. The next day, when I questioned the recipient about the flowers, I realized my order had never been filled. Immediately calling Martin Flowers, I was told that they never received my order. Okay, disappointed, but I can live with that. BUT, the person I spoke with at the florist never once apologized or made any offer to fill the order at a discount or any other attempt to retain me as a customer. She was totally unconcerned and offered only "it rained here all day yesterday - maybe that was the problem" as explanation. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST.
