Keep up the good work 6/3/2011

Ben Guetterman has been my service rep for several visits. He is so polite and always answers all of my man questions. I am always confident that my vehicle has been serviced to my needs. Keep up the good work. I am interested in purchasing a new Traverse, and I know your salesman Erv will be right there to assist me in my decision. more

I wanted to send quick message regarding your Repair Dept...I came in on Monday after you were already closed instead of telling me "We're Closed" ...yr mechanic Rick & Odell helped me fix my small problem turn signal on my 2010 Camaro...Some folks are so eager to complain and just want to give you compliment!!! I want to Thank them.. this is very much appreciated! more

All the staff I came in contact with during my last visit to Martin Chevrolet were very kind and helpful. Ben Guetterman is always very attentive. I went into the showroom and spoke with Erv Facion (sp?) and Fred Halls about a Traverse. Both were encouraging and well-educated about the vehicle. I neded a shuttle ride to and from y home. I had a chance to ride in a Traverse and the drivers were safe and courteous. The cashier was most helpful about informing me of my points that I had not been collecting since I had purchased my vehicle in 2007. She offered to help me out and that was icing on the cake for the day. Martin Chevrolet offers me and my vehicle wonderful service! more
