The best people and experience ever buying our new Cadillac Escalade. Vivian Naeish was absolutely amazing. She found a way to close the deal. She sold me things that I never thought that I would want. She taught me the value of a low jack system as well as the benefits of extending my warranty. I was sold on both counts. Further she worked with the bank and made financing possible for me. Also Steve Mitchell was the initial reason why I decided to purchase the car from Martin over all other dealerships. The combination of such diligent and sincere professionals made the difference for me and bought my loyalty. Thank you for having such great representation and exemplary employees. more

Anthony makes it easy and, I walked away with a great deal. I had to special order a sunroof travel kit and they gave me a loaner the day they installed it. My new lease gets Free Oil Changes and Car Washes. more

Good service 6/22/2011

Good service is so hard to come by, I thought these guys deserved thumbs up! I leased my car from Martin 6 months ago (I just want to give Kudos to Tina for getting me a great deal) and I've never been so comfortable buying a car. They made it easy and, well, easy and I walked away with a great deal. There was a minor problem with my tire balancing but that was fixed the next day. What's cool is just because I bought a car there, I get all the Free Oil Changes and Car Washes I want. Since I live around the corner it's the bomb. Thankfully they are open Saturdays or I would never make it there?lol more

love the Service 6/16/2011

I have been taking my Pontiac Vibe to Martin for years, and love the Service , though the customer lounge is a bit sparse at times. Luckily they offer free wifi at least. The other day I was having a routine oil change and 30,000 mile service and they found I had nails in my front two tires. Thank god they found them or I could have had a blowout or flat just before my trip to Vegas. more

STOLE FROM MY GLOVE BOX!! Then tried to buy me off...grrrrrr 5/12/2011

Either one of the mechanics or guys that washed my car STOLE CASH and my prescribed medical marijuana (chronic arthritis) from my glove box!!! Total of $75 worth of both. Can you believe that?!? The head service guy tried to buy me off with a $20 bill?F-THAT!!! I told him where he could stick that 20?I guess that?s what they call ?customer service?. Not only that?it took 3.5 hours to get a new key cut (with microchip for a total of $202.54!!) AAANNNDDD They broke the lever off my door lock in the process. This is my 2nd GM vehicle and MY LAST!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN OIL CHANGE!!!! BUY A HONDA!! Unless you feel like getting your stuff stolen, broken and being totally disrespected in the process. This place is flat out shady. Shame on Martin. The BBB will be hearing from me?that?s a promise more

Collision Center sucks. 8/21/2008

Took my car in for a broken window, my car sat there for over a week, & when it was ready, the battery was dead and the interior was filthy! They didn't have access to the service bay, so my car couldn't be jumped off, so I was put back into a rental at their cost. Plus, the first time I took my car to the collision center, all my loose coins were stolen! I'm sure the sales center is great because the want to sell you something, I have used the service dept before and felt like they blew me off, over changing a tire. I give them 2 stars. more

They were the only ones who still had a black on black Escalade ESV in stock with the premium package. After some haggling, thankfully I did some research, we agreed on a reasonable price. I got a great rate thanks to my credit. I was amazed how fast I got out of there, for last time I bought a car it too close to 4 freakin hours! I have had no problems with anything, and their free VIP services on new cars is great saving a few bucks. more
