Had them come in twice because they have separate plumbers and heating repairman. The plumbing service was 30 minutes including ""consultation"", with the actual work being fixing...

Had them come in twice because they have separate plumbers and heating repairman. The plumbing service was 30 minutes including ""consultation"", with the actual work being fixing a faucet, but I was charged >$100. For the heating service I didn't get an initial quote, and was also charged the time of fetching parts. So I got another generous bill. more

The WORST plumbing company 9/21/2011

This is the WORST plumbing company! First, my mom hired them and they broke her toilet and had to install a new one. Then I hired them and they charged me for 2 hours instead of 1 when we had an agreement. Then I discovered, after some time, that they didn't even connect the two dryer vent pieces and for too long the dryer was venting into my laundry room...lint, moisture and all. THEN...when they were supposed to send someone over to fix it (I made the appointment a week in advance), they FORGOT to send them!! Way to try to keep a customer, Martel. more

Be Careful 1/26/2011

Got an hourly rate over the phone which seemed really high but I was in a pinch. Then I got the bill and the rate was DOUBLE because there were 2 men on the job, eventhough 1 could have easily handled it. So I cannot recommend spending $250 an hour for anything, especially some simple heating of a frozen pipe. I've learned my lesson the hard way. more
