Marshalls

The customer service at this location is lacking to say the least. From the management to the sales reps, not a one of them have any clue as to what it means to be customer friendly. I mean geez, this is the most common sense thing in the world to know, be nice, be polite, be helpful, more sales! EVERY TIME I have been to the Cedar Hill location, its a horrible experience, I love Marshall's, great deals, nice things (for the most part) but I dread going to this place because of the staff. If you can avoid this store, do. Its worth the drive to another one in the metroplex to at least feel somewhat appreciated for spending your hard earned money in their store, helping keep them employed and this economy get out of the mess its in now. more

I think that Marshall's can be a little over priced for what they sell. I find that you can often find better deals at sales in department stores or other retailers. They do have a wide selection and I alway enjoy looking through their home decorating items and their jewelry. I think it is a good place to shop but not necessarily the best deals out there. more

I love going to Marshall's as I never know what new bargin I might find. They have name brand items at discounted prices and the selection is outstanding. The sales clerks are always friendly and helpful and I wish they would bring a location to Arlington. more
