I bought my pellet stove from them in July 08 last year and it wasn’t installed until November 08. I was told it would be installed by September 08. The reason they gave me was because they were backed up on installations. I can understand this but now this year I am having a problem with my stove and they can’t come out to look at it for 3 weeks. That is terrible service! If you are that busy you should hire more people to take care of your customers. if you try to talk to them about this problem the attitude is “hey take it or leave it” I will be complaining to the stove manufacture next and see if they have the same attitude
