This hotel has it's location going for it and that was about it, as far as I was concerned... I have stayed here twice. The first trip wasn't too bad, but the 2nd the only good ...

A little expensive but worth it considering the location and the cleanliness. The rooms are nice and big and the staff very friendly and helpful. more

Camden Yards...can't go wrong :) This hotel is beautiful, nice size, clean rooms and the prices aren't bad considering the location. family friendly. more

Location... 4/28/2008

This hotel has it's location going for it and that was about it, as far as I was concerned... I have stayed here twice. The first trip wasn't too bad, but the 2nd the only good thing was our view. We could see Camden Yards from our room. \r \r The rooms were dirty, I found a hair in our ice bucket, the bathrooms had more hair on the floor than on my own head. The air conditioner didn't work and we were burning up all night long. The staff tried to be helpful, but it wasn't until I found the GM in the elevator (I saw his name tag) that I complained and they comped us 1 night and gave me double points.\r \r The restaurant was actually really good for breakfast but I didn't have any other meals there. more

Marriott Inner Harbor 10/31/2005

While the hotel itself, as well as the rooms, looked nice, we had numerous problems during our stay, and the management was less than willing to help. The area is nice for downtown Baltimore - you can see Camden Yards and M&T Stadium from some of the rooms - and it is only a short walk (straight down the street a few blocks) to the Inner Harbor where the Aquarium, ESPN Zone, etc. are located. However, the stay was not very pleasant. People were smoking on a non-smoking floor and were extremely loud, and while someone did come up one time, the problems did not stop, and nobody came up again. We were charged the wrong price for our room (and the woman was very rude when we asked her to change it). We were given concierge service for the weekend, even though the room is closed from Friday night until Sunday night (making it pointless for us to have it), and we encountered numerous other small problems happened throughout the weekend. My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip to Baltimore. The beds are soooo comfortable! They have down comforters and pillows. The staff was really friendly and the hotel lobby was beautiful. Great location if you are going to an Orioles game. My husband and I still find ourselves going "Remember how comfortable that bed was in Baltimore?" more
