This office practices what the retail industry calls a bait and switch. I am a new patient to this office. Prior to switching over I had a extensive conversation with the representative (think her name was Marie) and explained to her that I wanted to have full mouth Xrays and wanted to be sure I would be provided with a copy of those Xrays to get other quotes from other Orthodontists. She assured me this was possible and so I switched over to Poller Dental group and made my appointment. Afterwards, in speaking to a friend, we began the conversation of Dentists. She told me that she had benn a patient at Poller and that she did not recommend this place to anyone. She told me to call the office again and speak make sure they aren't going to charge me for the x rays since they had a bad reputation. So I did just that. I called and spoke to the Office Mgr. (Jenny C. - she refused to give me her last name, stating it was confidential information). As my friend had mentioned, it was true. They had every intention on charging me for the Xrays. I explained the situation to Jenny and all she offered was an apology stating the new girl had misinformation. \r
I would not reomenned ANYONE to go to this office. They will try and squeeze you and the insurance company for every penny possible.
