I am a Rice Graduate student whose power supply for my HP laptop went dead and had to have my computer available. HP could do nothing to help me immediately, but Marnobe - the HP service rep - saved the day. They ordered me a new power supply that was delivered the very next day. But the most amazing thing was that the owner let me use her personal power supply in the meantime...she even went home to get it so that I could have it to finish my work which was due the next day.
