I'm the kind of guy who researches everything about a product or store before I commit to buying. So when my girlfriend decided she wanted a new bed for her birthday, I did research on the majority of the mattress stores in Nashville. Of all those stores, Sleep Well looked the most promising. They have national brand beds as well as lesser known companies at a fraction of retail pricing. They are able to sell at such discounts due to cosmetic problems in the bedding. Functionally, nothing is wrong with the beds. Our salesman, Richard, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a $2200 king-sized mattress for $650. The flaw? Bad stitching. Who cares because the bed's sheets will cover that up. They delivered it within 1 hour. I highly recommend Sleep Well to anyone looking for a new bed. You'll save tons of money! ..I shop for many mattresses for clients and designers. With the economy....after the customer pays so much on a mattress, they can't afford a headboard, or bed set, or any other decor! These mattresses are all the top brands, at an extreme ....discount. The front of the building isn't much...BUT GO INSIDE...you'll love what you find! It is a nice showroom inside. We have purchased a total of 4 matresses from Sleepwell over the years and plan to get another tonight as our daughter is ready to move to a "real" bed. The value can't be beat, the service is great, and they stand behind and are knowledgable about their products. We've saved - literally - thousands of dollars compared to what it would have cost in matress or department stores. Look wherever you want. But unless a little smudge or print not being quite centered is a deal breaker for you, you needn't waste your time elsewhere. Pros: Value, value, value. High end new matresses at rock bottom prices Cons: Not pretty on the outside, but lower overhead is probably saving you bunches more

I went in there and received excellent customer service and found great prices on the mattresses. The staff helped me find an extremely comfortable mattress for a really affordable price. I had been matress shopping for a while before a came across the good deals at Sleep Well. I honestly bet you will be hard-pressed to find a better mattress outlet in the Nashville Area. I can Sleep Well now on my comfortable mattress, especially knowing I got such a good deal.
