I bought a new boat, a Key West Center Console with a Yamaha 90, from them for 18k. At the end of my first use the trailer broke and I could not load the boat to get it home. I called them and they never called me back. This incident scratched the bottom of my new boat. The wrong prop was on the engine and the rev limiter kept making it hesitate...possibly damaging the cylinders in my new engine The choke did not work correctly from the console controls and the electrical system stopped working after one month. The paint went bad on the entire boat after 3 months. The trailer bunks fell apart in the yard while the boat was sitting on the trailer. The dealer never returned my calls or offered to make anything right. When I finally went to the dealership the mechanic got furious at me for asking about when he could fix my engine and the salesman, Jason, was angry with me for questioning him about issues with my boat. I finally had to go to Key West for help and they kept wanting me to pay more and more money. Performance Trailers would not return my calls and Yamaha said to contact the dealer. No one lifted a finger to help me and warranties did not seem to matter much after I left the dealership! The above is only a fraction of the issues I had with Mark’s Marine…If you’re smart just go ANYWHERE else to get your new or used boat. Never buy a Performance trailer…especially galvanized, a Key West Boat or a Yamaha engine…Their customer service is terrible…I ended up spending about 3000 dollars to get my boat running the way it was supposed to run when I left the dealership… \r
