if Mark's is all you have tasted, then I can see why people say Mark's is good bbq. I recently had the chance to try Mark's BBQ at the Baloon Festival, i had a pulled pork sandwich and fried sweet corn on the cob. The sandwich was dry, with very little flavor whatsoever. The pork was absent from the pink color that smoke pork usually has, and no outer crust was present, and there was no smoke flavor, which leads me to believe the meat WASNT smoked. It had to be rotisserie or baked. The fried corn on the cob also had no flavor, and was way too greasy, add some salt guys, it help!! Avoid marks at all costs, for some real BBQ, head to the Pit Stop on S 5th St.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Baked Pork passed off as BBQ
