Worst

Terrible! They stains two of my wifes shirts, failed to get a simple salt mark off my suit and couldn't even find our clothes for a half hour. Plus my wifes cashmere cardigan now...

Amazing job 8/4/2011

Four years ago my favorite new cream colored jacket was stained by a red wine spill. Not only was this spill all over the jacket, but it had 4 years to set into the material. I thought I would throw it out. So in my last attempt to salvage this expensive well fitting garmet of mine, I dropped it off at marks cleaners. They did an amazing job on getting all the stains out. Now my jacket is saved and just in time for the cold weather. I would strongly recommend Marks Cleaners for all you dry cleaning needs. They are tops in my book. I was in Scottsdale on business and had split coffee on my suit jacket, with an important meeting the next day. I saw their sign and thought they looked like a reputable cleaners. I spoke with the owner Brian, and he assured me that it was something they could handle and get back in time. I was panic stricken and he calmed me down. I left the jacket with him and went on to the rest of my calls, sans jacket! Sure enough when I returned the jacket was perfect and no sign of the stain. The stain was gone as well as my stress. If I lived in Scottsdale, I would be a life long customer. more

Highly reccomend 7/22/2011

Four years ago I bought the a very expensive, well fitting, light tan jacket. The first time I wore it red wine was split all over the sleeve and back. I tried to spot clean it myself, but this made it ten times worse. So I bagged it up and hid it in the back of my closet for years. In a last ditch effort to keep the jacket I gave it to Marks to try to salvage. Not only did Marks get out all the stains, stains that had set for years, but they did it in a timly fashion and with great customer service. I highly reccomend Marks Cleaners for all of your dry cleaning needs. They are the best and they have a lifetime customer in me. more

I brought in a Channell blouse and a matching skirt, over 2000.00. Not only did they do a perfect job. They called to let me know that they had completed the outfit. Highly Recommended. more

Best cleaners I've found in Scottsdale. Everything always comes back clean and well pressed. They did lose one shirt of mine over the years but they replaced it and in fact later found it and returned it to me. I just found out that they deliver and pick up. more

I just picked up my cleaning from Marks and was totally impressed. The clothes I dropped off were very dirty they got all the spots out "THEY LOOK NEW" ,The customer service was top notch all the ladies there seemed very friendly.I will recomend Marks to all my friends!!!! more

very pleased with the way Mark's Cleaners conducts their business 4/18/2011

I wanted to take just a minute to let you know about a recent ""happening"" with Mark's Cleaners. Joy has a white Vest which is a real favorite of hers. It had what appeared to be fairly expensive gold buttons,and two were missing. I chatted with Brion and he said he would institute a search for the missing buttons. A few days later he said that they had been unsuccessful and that they would go ahead and get a new set of buttons for us. He did so and the Vest now looks almost brand-new. I thought that you should be aware of this ""above and beyond"" type of service provided by Mark's Cleaners. In addition, we really appreciate the fact that we can leave our red bag with the items to be cleaned with the Valet and then have them magically appear on our front porch two days later. As I'm sure you have determined by now we are very pleased with the way Mark's Cleaners conducts their business, and thought we should share these feelings with you. more
